Delightful!

This show has me laughing hysterically every time I listen! We’re a neurodivergent family and we greatly value Russ’ experience and suggestions. Russ has so much potential to help those who struggle with ADHD, I’m ever grateful he has found his place. Thanks Russ!

Love the short and helpful podcasts

I just started to look into self help podcasts for ADHD. This one has been great and I actually love and look forward to the next episodes. What I really like is that they are short and to the point podcasts because ADHD has me spacing after 20 minutes of anyone talking! The tips have been so helpful and talking points spot on. Russ is humorous and love his spontaneous ness. It feels good to relate with other ADHD people, and not feel so alone and isolated in a world of “normies” 😂👏🏻

Hits a bullseye

We all have an inner critic. Russ is full of humor and insight to help us get beyond our yakking mind. He is kind of a refreshing wake-up call that 100% gets where we are - because deep inside, we are the same. I did his Nudge course and would say it is a bargain. It is nioce to be "gotten" and Russ gets you.
