Really helpful
I was searching for a podcast episode that would address budgeting/money and ADHD when I found an entire podcast dedicated to it! I felt like I hit the jackpot haha. I listen to this podcast every time I’m driving since saving money is my newest hyper-fixation. I’m currently playing the March 2022 episodes and so far I’ve noticed my mindset about money is changing! I feel like I value the money I make so much more. David talks at a comfortable tempo for my fast adhd brain and makes episodes short and sweet. Great for beginners who are stuck in a generational cycle of overspending like I am.
