Interesting topics and guests, but Kevin Randle needs to refine his interviewing techniques. He continually interrupts his guest’s narrative with unnecessary questions and tangents about himself instead of waiting and allowing them to complete a train of thought or answer to a question. Randle’s combative style and ego makes listening to this otherwise interesting podcast a chore to slog through. I’ll check back in a while to see if there’s any improvement.
