Adrian Molina: the creation of Warrior Flow, and a future dedicated to healing Just Interesting People

Adrian is the founder of Warrior Flow and The Warrior Flow Foundation. During this episode, he talks to us about moving to Miami from Argentina, then going back and forth between Miami and New York as a yoga teacher. He also shares how the death of his mother pushed him to help more vulnerable people in the community. He is passionate about helping people and inspiring hope.

Through his foundation, Adrian works with the homeless, mental health institutes, shelters, hospitals, and first-responders to bring them support and to better their quality of life.
