Clear and concise

If you are already a developer in another language and want a primer in JavaScript, just watch all videos at 2x speed. The instructor covers all the basics extremely well, and gives lots of great jumping off spots for more research.

Best JavaScript Lecture I've Ever Had

I have taken a JavaScript class at my local university and read "JavaScript: The Good Parts" by Crockford, but neither have compared to the organization, presentation and concise teaching of these lectures by Dr. Tony Pittarese.

He touched on everything from the simple stuff like variables, operators and functions, up through Arrays and Objects and even Object Patterns including JavaScript's unique prototype feature. These lectures will undoubtedly save me from resorting to Googling, which usually doesn't offer industry standards and best practices.

This has been the most JavaScript I've learned and in just over a weekend; set a few hours aside for yourself and watch every video.
