First of all, she explains this cycle we may be feeling of a trigger to responding with a behavior, eating (and other activities) out of alignment with your goals, you then lose self-trust, and all of the sudden you find yourself back getting triggered! Then Laura explained 3 different personalities and how they may respond to this cycle or get triggered into the cycle. Laura also talked about the physiological and emotional relationships with food! Are you making food choices that fuel your body? Are you consumed with the thought of food? Laura encourages her clients that food and eating can become almost effortless! Her clients scoff at it to in the beginning till they become living proof that it CAN happen! There's a lot of life to live...use this information to your advantage!
