Advent Week 1: Yakhal/Hope

Advent is the time around Christmas where we celebrate and wait for the birth of King Jesus who came to take away the sins of the world and unite Heaven and Earth once again! During Advent, there are four weeks to anticipate the arrival of Jesus, so in this series through Advent, we are looking at Biblical hope, peace, joy, and love! Today, we start with hope!

What is hope? Why do we need it as followers of Jesus? What does Scripture have to say about hope? That's what we're looking at today!
