Rob has an extensive career in marketing and children’s media. Prior roles include
director of brand marketing at Fisher-Price, director of content strategy & distribution
at Mattel and senior director of corporate development for media & entertainment at
Mattel.

championed school-wide events and curricula that foster college and career readiness, and created a classroom environment that fosters growth, success, and the social well-being of all of
her scholars. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Special Education, as a member of Project SURGE, Special Education Urban Research for Greater Equity, at the University of Illinois at
Chicago. Her research is focused around the power of teacher-student relationships on student behavior, growth, and achievement.
