Minimum Viable Products Are Rarely Viable

There are many reasons to release a minimum viable product (MVP) in the software world--to hit a deadline, to test the concept on the market, to lower cost--and they're all probably wrong strategies. Mike and Jason just want you to knock off the M and V and focus on the P.

Mike and Jason are working on the self-help book: Not Caring Yourself into a Better Life.

Should be required-listening for those in agencies

I don't know of any other podcast that dives so deep into agency topics like Agency on Record. It should be required listening for people in agencies in order for them to learn, get better at what they do, and stay on top of current and emerging trends.
