To call Christmas – or Chrissy – an Agent of Change is an understatement. While she’s always had a knack for overcoming adversity, when her back was against the wall, she had a realization that would change everything.

Great Example of Transformational Leadership

Great podcast. Loved the points related to the customer being in the center of what Steve and team were working to accomplish. Also loved how he as the VP of Sales led a transformation effort, in large part a tech transformation by being humble and meeting his tech partners in a place where they were not "offended". Great job to all.

Great to hear from the trenches

They’re doing a great job highlighting the folks at big companies that are actually digging in and making a difference. I get tired of reading about the CIOs and CKOs at big companies. Great perspective and great host. I’ve used some of Conga’s products at my past company and they are quite powerful. Keep up great work guys!
