    A Walk On The Beach!

    A Walk On The Beach!

Today's conversation is about healing and connection.  This is a one-sided conversation because today, I am leading you on a solitary journey.  This is a guided meditation that might be able to help you heal old wounds.  Many guided meditations are focused on relaxation, but this one is more about self-healing and connectedness: mind-body, spirit-psyche, past-present.

When those connections start happening, for some people, it can be a little disorienting.  In the next few minutes, you are going to gain access to some of your deepest emotions.  You might find that you are emotionally sensitive when finished.  It can be very cathartic!  This meditation, for me, is like listening to certain pieces of music or viewing certain pieces of art: the beauty can make you weep.  Make sure you have time and space to reflect afterwards!

I LOVE this meditation.  This is my personal favorite healing piece.  As a trauma survivor, I have used this to help heal my own heart.  You might choose to have a pen and paper close by so you can write down the messages and ideas that are given to you.  Opening up your heart and healing old wounds is sometimes scary and sometimes painful.  But you are stronger than you know!

    The 10-Minute Power Nap!

    The 10-Minute Power Nap!

Today's conversation is all about relaxation.  This is a one-sided conversation because today, I am leading you on a solitary journey.  This is a guided meditation that is great for deep relaxation during the day.  It is really more of a re-charge, or a re-set for when you are having a stressful day.  You are going to become deeply relaxed, so you might want to set an alarm in case you fall asleep!

I LOVE this meditation.  I wrote this at a time when I did not have time to nap, but I sure needed to.  I was a busy mom with a very sick child. For me, this meditation became more restful than a nap, and I felt ready to handle the next medical emergency.  I have used this meditation for more than 20 years, and I hope that it brings you some needed stress relief, too!  Get ready for a 10-Minute Power Nap!

    Your Private Hideaway!

    Your Private Hideaway!

Today's conversation is all about relaxation. It is about connecting with nature and your creative spirit by tapping into your own healing energy!  This conversation is one-sided, because today, I am leading you on a solitary journey.  This guided meditation will lead you to a secret happy place inside your mind.  And you can visit there anytime!

I LOVE this meditation.  Usually, I change it up on a whim each time, and you will see just how easy that is to do.  The coolest thing about this meditation is that if you use this tool consistently (like once a week or so) then objects will sometimes appear in your private space from one meditation to the next.  Each time I open the door to my private hideaway, I know something wonderful will happen.  This meditation can help you laugh, relax and just have fun!  Oh, and always drink deeply from the fountain.
