As the 5th season of the AIMP Pubcast comes to an end, our very own Tim Hunze would like to share some closing thoughts for our listeners; specifically, what it takes to succeed in the music business.

The music industry is forever changing. At one point, CDs were the primary way people consumed music. Eventually, Napster came along, leading to the streaming services we use today. In order to stay at the top of your game, it’s wise to look ahead and pick up on trends that may lead to major changes in the way the music industry operates. On our final mashup episode of the season, Tim asks some past guests to peer into their crystal ball and share their thoughts on where the industry is headed.

Travis sits down with Tim to discuss how he handles his role as a general manager and how his style may differ from those of older generations.
