Akimbo is an ancient word, from the bend in the river or the bend in an archer's bow. It's become a symbol for strength, a posture of possibility, the idea that when we stand tall, arms bent, looking right at it, we can make a difference.
Akimbo's a podcast about our culture and about how we can change it. About seeing what's happening and choosing to do something.
The culture is real, but it can be changed. You can bend it.

Slow and unoriginal

Listened to a couple of episodes—the most recent, so the most accomplished—and found them to be so slow-moving as to be irritating.

Worse, the quality of thought was same-old same-old. How can this guy be so famous? You’d have to be dreadfully ignorant to think this stuff is new or helpful. You would do better watching Maddow every night. At least she’s entertaining.

Based on Godin’s reputation, I was expecting brilliance, but it’s the same-old same-old.

Am I the only Bolivian listening to this podcast?

Love every bit of all the reflections you do, ya da ya da ya da , my level of admiration is magnified ... and yeah, hearing the name of my home country woke me up

One of the best, most insightful, most engaging podcasts ever created.

Seth’s episodes are engaging, social, thought-provoking, and simply superb. Listening to all 100+ episodes is like sitting through a year-long course in creating culture change.
