ALANA is one of the kindest and most respectful women I've had the pleasure to meet and watch work! She has been one of our artirsts idols since before 2016.  See her in our next print issue coming out soon! We have a touching personalized interview together, and she shares a little bit of behind the scenes of the stage for the play!  



Alana is an actor, a vocal coach, and an arts educator based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Proud to be a Canadian Artist, her training and work has taken her across North and Central America, working with such organizations as: The Stratford Festival, The Shakespeare Theatre Company, Canadian Stage, The Citadel Theatre and Es Artes!.

ALANA: We are all story-tellers. Passionate about the power of communication, her goal is to empower individuals to speak their truth; to find and embrace their authentic voice. .  Forgiveness is the acclaimed 2018 Canada Reads–winning novel by Mark Sakamoto. It’s a memoir of Sakamoto’s grandparents and their harrowing experiences during the Second World War.
