Like your favorite childhood blankey in audio form 🙌🏻

Listening to two very genuine women talk about their highs and lows…and all the ish in between has been a balm to my anxious/depressed soul. Knowing that others feel deeply lonely even when they’re not alone and manage to run successful businesses WITH the swings of internal struggles and mental illness has been priceless. I feel like this is an invisible diversity we are missing in business — because it’s so hard to see and so hard to talk about. We don’t look any different, so it’s hard to find those who battle the same things we do…unless they come right out and share about them. This podcast is life-saving business-ish real talk that I am excited to tune into every single week. Anxiety and depression are so incredibly isolating, even when you have love and support in your life. Something about the company of a podcast makes it feel a little better, a little more human, a little more hopeful. Thank you both so much 🧡

A Must Listen!

I have absolutely loved these episodes so far. Everything that Alyssa and Rachel talk about are things I’ve either been not so sure if I should ever speak out loud for the fear that there is something wrong with me OR that I just simply could not find the right words for.

I work with Rachel in her business coaching program with her wife Sara and it’s so awesome to get to hear more of Rachel.

I also love hearing Alyssa’s expertise when it comes to the psychology behind everything that we all have been dealing with over the last year and a half.

Bravo Rachel and Alyssa!
