Great Insights, Great Guests

I listened to the most recent episode with Bruce Tulgan and he had some great insights into common generational issues in the workplace and how to combat them to provide the best work environment possible. As a small business owner, I work with many Millennials and this episode gave me ideas on how to implement some best practices in my own company to attract and retain the generation as a whole. Tony asked thought-provoking questions which allowed Bruce to respond with great detail on his experiences - a true testament to his hosting.

The show is short — typical interviews run about 20 minutes — but host Tony Lee and his guests pack a lot of information into every episode. While it’s aimed at an HR audience, other managers and employees will find plenty of valuable career information here.
