In love

I have recently fallen in love with this podcast and listening to Krista and Lindsey. They are funny but also witty and informed. I appreciate that it's addressing a variety of topics with great guests that apply to women around the world. The Facebook groups have also become an everyday staple for me. It feels like an extended group of friends you can ask for advice and share life with. Thank you for this podcast ladies, much love!

Holding the Space

My name is Marissa, and I first want to start this off my sincerely thanking the two of you for being so vulnerable and sharing your truth. I admire, appreciate, and respect each episode that comes out - and would consider myself a devoted listener. I want to especially thank you both for today’s episode with Danika and Billy. Addiction was the foundation of my childhood, and I have experienced codependency at the deepest level - growing up with 2 parents battling addiction, recovery, and all of the things that come with it. For the early part of my life until about age 12, I experienced so much rage, anger, frustration, confusion, and above all sadness for what had taken place within my short life. I ached for the love of my parents. My mom cleaned up early, and my dad when I was about 5. I’ve been blessed to watch my mother grow and thrive after experiencing such darkness. My mother has taught me boundaries, while my father showed me the opposite. I say that with the utmost love for my father, but it has made for an interesting life. My own codependency comes in and out of my relationships today, even with all of the work that I have put in. Today’s episode reminded me that I must always work MY steps. I am always a work in progress. To hear others talk about this is powerful for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for holding the space. It is so appreciated. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️✨✨✨✨✨✨

Authentic and Unfiltered

I look forward to listening to this podcast each week. It is uplifting, informative, and so real. Lindsey and Krista are great interviewers with just the right mix of professionalism while keeping it real. They learn along with us while interviewing guests. The newest episode 221 really took this podcast to a new level. I love how the podcast addresses topics such as addiction and holding space for addicts because it affects so many people. Many wellness podcasts focus on healthy people getting healthier, but this podcast does not leave anyone out and empowers all women to be their best and highest self. Thank you Lindsey and Krista!!
