Altering Your Health History: How Fit Mother Eve Changed Her Life Trajectory Fit Mother Project Podcast

    • Fitness

Episode 63 of the Fit Mother Project Podcast is all about altering your health history and finding a sustainable path to health and fitness.

In this episode, you’ll meet Fit Mother Eve, a wife, mother, and grandmother who initially joined the program to improve her health parameters.

Which she has done — but she has found so much more.

Recently, Eve went to the doctor and found that she was going to have to be put on a third blood pressure medication.

That, coupled with her parents’ history of health issues, made Eve really start to look at the trajectory her life was taking, and she decided enough was enough.

As she was researching ways to fix things, she came across the Fit Mother Project and liked what she saw.

So, she joined the program, and boy, was she in for a treat!

She’s lost over 20 pounds and gotten stronger and more consistent with her health and fitness habits.

Her menopause symptoms have improved, and she feels so much better and happier, on track with a sustainable plan she can stick to.

This is a powerful conversation where we touch on weight loss's mental, physical, and emotional aspects, especially when you're getting older and/or have a history of injuries or poor health.

Eve has had it all, and she shares a lot of great wisdom!

In this episode, you’ll learn:

How Eve’s strength training and powerlifting background drew her into the Fit Mother Project. Why it’s important to track and journal your progress. How to stay consistent. The power of positive motivation. How to build sustainable structure in all aspects of your life. And so much more!
