Screenwriter Stephanie Mickus hasn‘t seen a lot of movies. While she‘s perfectly fine with this, other people seem to think her life is seriously lacking. She‘s decided that she‘ll finally watch some of the films the world thinks she can‘t live without, but only if she can talk about them on a podcast.

Listen as Stephanie, along with co-host Aaron Hertzog and their very special guests have sometimes hilarious, occasionally serious, and always interesting discussions about movies, why we love the things we love, and why some things may not hit the same for everyone.

Interesting and entertaining

As a person who hasn’t seen a lot of movies, this podcast caught my attention. I’ve listened to interesting discussions about movies I have seen - and watched movies I just discovered in this podcast.

Along with the hosts, the guests explore movie themes, specific scenes, and their individual reactions to the movies.

I recommend this podcast because it delivers a unique perspective on movies that includes our perceptions according to gender, socialization, and experience. Can’t wait to see who their next guest is.

Great Movie Conversations

I love film, especially “classics” and I really enjoy the conversations this podcast presents. It’s caused me to revisit some of my favorite movies and to watch a few that I’ve missed.
