Amazing and so important.

I absolutely love this podcast. Most health and wellness podcasts I find are great but are also primarily white guys telling me what to do (surprise). I feel like Toya is speaking to me directly and her honesty in her journey through life is a true blessing for us girls that are out here just trying to keep our edges and live the joyful life that everyone is entitled to.
