In this pre-launch episode for Out To Get You Podcast, Margot Mutter and fantasy literature academic Becca/Bex Gault sink their teeth into the themes of power and cycles of abuse of Bit (2019).

While this podcast is for entertainment, it is impossible to completely decouple ourselves from the campaigns of violence we face, in the streets we live and in the legislatures which paint us as unfit and as threats to society, as well as the resulting anguish and rage they continue to produce. It's the end of the line for YOU S04 and Joe and Sharai are divided. Despite giving us everything we wanted and hypothesized about, there's something unsatisfying about the finale. From Kate and Nadia being dumb-dumbs to how easy it is to kill Tom to the show's refusal to end, this just doesn't hit the mark.
Plus: thoughts on the inevitable S05 and Penn Badgley going clean shaven again!

Well, it turns out that Joe Goldberg is “full fat, extra sugar, deep-fried f*****g insane” and now we're just frustrated. In what feels like a poorly constructed twist, Joe and Sharai question the logic of making Joe mentally ill, the logistics of disappearing for days on end and constructing the box in London, as the benefits of using half the episode's runtime on Marienne's fairytale.
Plus: this has got to be the final season, right? Because a "happy ending" for Joe is off the table!

A boring episode suddenly turns into something wild as the glass cage makes a surprise reappearance.
