    During this episode I will be interviewing Nanette Sandiford who will discuss Shamanism as a Way of Life. About Nanette From a young age Nanette has been connected to the spirit world and lived life in a state of spiritual openness. Her natural connection to her spirit guides developed in her late teens, around the same time that she began to practice Buddhism and Yoga. She decided that she wanted to share her abilities and create a space to uplift others and encourage them to live authentically, confidently and from a place of love. The beauty of her yoga practice brought her to energy work and in her early 20's she studied the Japanese arts of Shiatsu and Reiki. As she began to train and develop skills in multiple traditions, she recognised that they had many similarities and core beliefs. Having built deep connections with her spirit guides, the ancient tradition of Shamanism called out to her.     About Alicia Alicia M. Sanabria, MPS Transformational Catalyst I was born in Havana, Cuba; lived in Madrid, Spain as a child before migrating to the United States. I grew up in New York City and have lived in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil since 1999. I consider myself a global citizen. I currently focus on the spiritual practices of African Matrix, Shamanism, Hinduism and Buddhism as a catalyst to bring light, well-being and peace to myself, others, communities, and the world. As an Ancestral Healer and Family & Systemic Constellation Facilitator I incorporate life long and past life wisdom and pure love frequency as the means to transgenerational healing in the morphogenetic field.     During this episode I interview Kira Zhigalina and explore her invention of Sym, an evolutionary interactive light which works with the breath to help with health and wellbeing. Kira Zhigalina is an award-winning artist turned entrepreneur. Her artistic intention has been to create expanding and emotionally connecting experiences for the audiences which are also aesthetically pleasing, through participation and interactivity. Inspired by a personal experience with breathwork, this intention manifested in her project Symbiosis, an interactive art installation that visualises breathing in light, using custom developed sensors and software. Since 2015 it has travelled and been to many UK light and music festivals and exhibitions.     About Cali Cali White is an ancestral healing practitioner focused on healing the generational wounds rooted in the European Witch Hunts of 1450-1750. Her work is born out of her own ancestral journey of enquiry, including a 13 moon pilgrimage around the UK and Ireland which she undertook in 2019 as a way of deepening her own ancestral connections. Guided by "spirit" she gathered women in ceremony every full moon to honour the women persecuted as witches and to bring healing to the collective trauma patterns of separation.
