After spending over 20 years in the corporate world as a CPA (Certified Professional Accountant), Andrea found herself feeling unhappy in her career. She began the journey of discovering what it is that would bring her a deeper sense of purpose and meaning. Through much self-exploration she realized she wanted to become a coach and transitioned herself into a new career and found the sense of meaning and joy she was looking for. Through her coaching programs, she now walks other leaders through the process that she created, so they can uncover what it is that would give them that same sense of  fulfillment.
