After a troubled stage in his career, Andy Morrison moved to Manchester City from Huddersfield as the club had sunk into the third tier. A fiery character, the Scot was just what the Blues needed to give them leadership in one of their toughest seasons - and City were just what Morrison needed to get back on the right track. Described as "a bit of a bully" by Joe Royle, Morrison captained the team back to the Premier League from Division Two.
