Leadership is a constantly evolving practice. What worked yesterday might not work tomorrow. Dr. Tim Elmore and I discuss how in order to be great leaders, we must be willing to step up to the challenge of a “both/and” perspective, rather than stepping back into the stifling familiarity of “either/or” practices.

Great Podcast and guest

Andy has a great leadership podcast with awesome information. His leadership guides are helpful to all leaders. He invites many great leaders to interview on his show. The only downfall for Andy is when he interviews people, he doesn’t let them speak. He ask them a question but then spends too much time talking and doesn’t let them speak. But overall its still worth listening to.
