Ridiculous

Most recent episode gives high praise to a French study forced to terminate due to high rates of bradycardia and asystole after running Precedex at up to 1.4 mcg/kg/hr. They then discuss why opioid free anesthesia is fraught with adverse events. Please. Whatever did you think would happen after running Precedex at those rates I should make a study with patients on a fentanyl infusion so I can show the pitfalls of balanced anesthesia.
