Excellent podcast, loved the Kim Perrell episode!

What is Your North Star?

The key takeaway I learned from this podcast episode was that "The ability to execute an idea is far more important than the idea itself." I have seen a lot of people fail to execute for a variety of reasons, whether it was because they lacked a vision (North Star), did not understand their market, or failed to invest in him or herself. I think the importance of pairing a visionary with an integrator is critical, because it's useless to have your head in the clouds if you don't base your ideas on reality and what is actionable.

Once again, this was an excellent podcast session. I am looking forwards to hearing more about what angel investors are interested in.
