#60 Ragini Das (leap.club)
Ragini Das (co-founder, leap.club) is a woman on a mission - more women in leadership roles. With the aim to bridge the long seen disparity between men and women in the workspace, her remarkable skills in building and expanding brands has been key in seamlessly accelerating leap.club towards this mission.
During her tenure at Zomato, Ragini had been a huge part of the building blocks of the brand and has garnered experience across various growth roles in a span of six years. Previously, as the head of International expansion for Zomato Gold, her expertise resulted in driving impeccable growth of the now leading delivery company. Ravi Iyer is a Senior Vice President & Head of Corporate Development, Partnerships, Corporate Finance at Flipkart. He is a veteran of Flipkart, having worked there over the last 8 years in multiple roles. Prior to that, he spent 12 years plus in the FMCG space at ITC. He has led multiple key initiatives at Flipkart over the years, most recently the acquisition of companies like Yaantra, Cleartrip and strategic partnership with companies like Moj and Adani. #58 Anand Chandrasekaran (Kwaish)
Anand has built five products globally with 10M+ users (one with 1 billion+ users) and co-founded Aeroprise Inc. (acq by BMC Software). Most recently, he was EVP, Product at Five9 (Nasdaq: FIVN). Five9 has added $10B in value since 2019. He is also seed investor/advisor in 80+ startups across US/India, 35 of which have grown to $250M+ and eight > $1B in valuation. Breakout investments include Dealshare (1.7B valuation), NoBroker (1B valuation), Rupeek (600M valuation) Khatabook (600M valuation), OneCard (750M valuation) , etc.
Prior to this, Anand was Director of Messenger Platform at Facebook. He was previously CPO @ Snapdeal, one of India’s e-commerce leaders. Previously, he was CPO at Bharti Airtel, a global mobile operator with 300M subscribers. Earlier, Anand was with Yahoo! as Sr. Director for Search and Mobile. He is on the board of directors at publicly listed Future Enterprises Ltd (NSE: FEL).
