Thank you
I'm glad I found your Podcast, although some people are upset it’s faith based. The program gives practical tips to apply, whether you believe in God or not. Plus, prayer changes things. It has been scientifically proven that prayer has positive psychological effects. Don't settle on breathing techniques and a bunch of mantras, read the Bible! Thank you, Lynette, for the refreshers. I pray whoever's struggling with anger would be healed in Jesus' name. I hope you contiue posting episodes,
-1 star for the theology/Christianity
-1 star for the theology/Christianity because it didn’t add, and actually took away, from the great evidence-based and practical tips. It seemed really out of place.
