It's that time of year, when all the ghouls dance merrily through the land spreading terror.  Election season?  No, silly - Halloween!  And while you won't be trick-or-treating or partying this year (we hope) you can at least settle down with Notaku as Enzo and Setsuken share their Halloween anime favorites.  Plus, our favorite scary movies and spookiest personal experiences.  As usual, we have industry news, listener questions, haiku, and a manga recommendation with a Halloween theme.
