About Gail:

Gail Grossman founded Om Sweet Om Yoga in Port Washington in 2004. In 2018 she was fortunate to have found new caretakers for the community, and Gail remains a teacher and trainer there. Gail has been sharing the gift of yoga since 2000. Her students describe her as a very nurturing teacher who can quietly touch every muscle in their physical and emotional body, which leaves them feeling relaxed, grounded and happy.
