Much needed resource for anxiety sufferers

I love hearing people’s personal stories of anxiety, how and when it started, where are they now. Great idea for a podcast. Thank you!

My Favorite Mental Health Podcast

I am part of a podcasting group on Facebook, where I found Scott, and took my first listen to his podcast. At the time, he had 4 episodes up. I was instantly hooked. My favorite part of every episode is when he says "Take a deep breath," which is a fantastic touch, as it's a mental health/self help podcast. Keep up the good work!
