    In this episode I speak with the incredible Natalie Ryan Hebert she is a certified RTT hypnotherapist specialising in the world of PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) which is a severe form of PMS. Many women are familiar with mood changes and anxiety changes in the lead-up to their period, however, PMDD takes this to a whole other level! In this episode we discuss what are normal PMS symptoms and what is PMDD, the journey looking for a diagnosis for PMDD and Natalie bravely shares her story. We also discuss if it even possible to heal from this complex condition as there is a lot of different ideas and information around PMDD. As there can be a lot of disheartening information as well. 
    In this episode we are offering a very different and exciting perspective and finally we are exploring the power of our rapid transformational therapy hypnotherapy for women with PMDD. I think every woman needs to know this information, whether you suffer PMDD yourself, you will know someone who does.
