Thank U! Peace is easy to find n get when u have options. U both were free to leave ur 9 to 5 n find a better situation/peace. True we all have options but getting there is so drastic for some.

Both engaging and soothing

Tons of great content for anxiety survivors. The hosts have a good rapport and both have a manner of speaking that I find soothing. Sometimes I’ll put on a show just to calm myself down and it works!
