Anxious and Angry is awesome!

This podcast is real and relatable. As a big Off With Their Heads fan, I listened to a bunch recent episodes and I really liked them. I’ve since gone back to the beginning to see where Ryan started with the podcast. He features music, interviews friends/guests, talks about various topics (his life, mental health, politics, music, whatever) and then Ryan and his guest answer listener-submitted questions. Often, the questions involved depression, anxiety, trauma, family, etc and the advice is usually good and honest. Those who listen have our own reasons, but usually because someone else has experienced what something we have, too, and it helps to know that. Ryan is authentic and doesn’t sugarcoat his podcast, which is refreshing. Give it a listen!

One of my favorite podcasts

Sure I listened to some of the big name ones but I love this one. If you are a punk rock nerd like me you will love hearing interesting anecdotes from people you may or may not have heard of and learn about punk rock history. Also the mental health angle is great. I’m a super depressed guy with social Anxiety so I get it.

I’m also a fan of classic loveline and I would love to help people with their problems too. Thanks Ryan and Ranae and Stacey Dee for sharing your stories to help others in need. I love you all. Keep up the great work.
