Finn Pilar ,

The whole series is fun

For me the combination of a topical treatment of our current pandemic using apocalypse theme movies plus the knowledgeable banter of four friends coping in their own ways with it, is what makes these reviews unique. Most movie reviews seem sterile and out of context with the reviewers lives. These four are passionate, informed and funny. I come away feeling a bit smarter, uplifted and searching for where to find the film. Thanks to you all and keep it up. Finn Pilar

Children of men podcast with friends!

Thank you for this! One of my favorite movies is children of men and you had an in depth conversation on the film and gave interesting insights from each of your viewpoints. Listening to this podcast feels like hanging out with close friends and family. It’s very comforting to listen to!

One of the best review podcasts

My wife told me to listen to this a while back and I finally just started and binged four episodes. I was hesitant because I want an escape from apocalyptic content, but their banter and enjoyment of each other makes even The Road seem fun. Really love feeling like I’m hanging out with them while listening.
