Ep. 73 | Things That Make Us Weary in Well Doing, Good or Gooder (Popeyes vs. Chick-fil-A Sandwich Challenge) with Talmadge French Jr.
Ryan and Talmadge discuss seven things that make Christians weary in well doing from the www.ryanafrench.com article 7 Things That Make Us Weary in Well Doing. They offer several ways to keep these common wearisome problems from wearing us down. The guys introduce a new segment called Good or Gooder, where they compare similar foods from competitors and decide which is good and which is gooder. In a nod to Episode 72, they pit the Popeyes chicken sandwich against the Chick-fil-A sandwich.

Ep. 69 | Should Christians & Pastors Be Involved in Politics? with David Tipton (MS District UPCI Superintendent), Pumpkin Oreos Good-Gross-Great with the Brocks, Sister Rachel Cole & French Fam
Mississippi District United Pentecostal Church Superintendent David Tipton is passionate about Christians being involved in politics. So much so he's written a great book called Faith, Freedom & Politics. You can read an in-depth synopsis of that book at www.ryanafrench.com. Ryan and Superintendent Tipton discuss why politics matter and practical ways every Christian can make a difference through involvement in local and national politics. Superintendent Tipton gives the incredible testimony of the Mississippi United Pentecostal Church's participation in the landmark overturning of the abortion law Roe vs. Wade. They also address common concerns regarding becoming too political in the church. Superintendent Tipton makes some exciting announcements for a new United Pentecostal Church International initiative called the National Apostolic Christian Leadership Conference (NACLC).

Ep. 68 | The Asbury Revival: A Word of Caution (Support Your Local Revival) with Timothy Hadden
Ryan and Tim discuss the Asbury Revival, and they encourage Apostolics to step back and use a little caution. They discuss some troubling rhetoric coming from Pentecostal circles and push back against the spirit of ecumenicalism. Tim attempts to define true "hunger" from a biblical perspective and push back against the cancel culture that tries to silence all voices of caution.
