BingetownTV Podcast: Covering Your Favorite “Binge-Worthy” TV Shows!
Welcome to Bingetown! We are a Top 100 Podcast covering your favorite “Binge-worthy” television shows! Believe it or not, BingetownTV was born in the heart of Iceland. It was the trip of a lifetime that included a Game of Thrones tour, midnight sunsets, and maybe (definitely) a bit too much Icelandic Eagle Gin. But when you have the chance to drink some gin made by Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson AKA “The Mountain”, you don’t do so in moderation. It may have been the gin talking, but the idea to start a podcast was born. We could’ve let it die once we got back to the US, but instead turned our drunken boasts into action. In the past two years we’ve gone from recording on a couch with virtually no equipment to producing over 500 episodes covering over 100 TV shows, and even interviewing several of their stars! Join the fun and “Binge With Us”!

Started listening during Gen V & they just so happened to cover alot of the shows I ended up watching recently. I may be bias because I love hearing someone with my Philly accent talking about something I really enjoy, but the chemistry in the group is real. Wondering where I can recommend some other shows because in the most recent pod they said to put it on discord (I watched leftovers and loved it too) but I’m not hip to that. I have so many shows up their alley to put them onto

I love this pod! Great convos and humor. Never not laughing at “hot mama” and “QB1 baby” 😂 Kathleen is my queen.

No mention of Splinter? Kind of a very interesting character(s). Otherwise a very listenable podcast on The Boys I’ll add to my list.
Enjoying, when not every reviewer is a “vet”

Started listening because of the Flanagan shows, which were amazing reviews, and I’ve enjoyed several others. I wish that for shows that are remakes (the live-action anime shows or Percy Jackson) you would treat them like Haunting of Hill House, where you bring in both rooks and vets. A different perspective in the reviews than *everybody* comparing the show to a different version of that story would make the reviews more well-rounded. Your listeners aren’t all going to be vets. You occasionally bring up “maybe this is fine for people who never saw the original,” but you don’t include that perspective in your reviews. Halfway through the first Avatar podcast, and I’m already tired of the non-stop comparisons. I stopped listening to the One Piece podcast for the same reason.
