Talent is such a buzzword

Let’s start with the podcast itself. Whoever thought having a scripted podcast should re-evaluate their taste.

Now - The TMTF has accomplished nothing other than use tremendous amounts of manpower and funding and incorporate every silly idea someone has. For example, 1) CAP consumes an incredible amount of GOs and staff with no discernible change. Just more stupid surveys. 2) The STP no longer contains any useful information. You all focus on KSBs, but you fail to realize you already had them. They were in the ORB/ERB. 3) AIM is a bad way to place people. Guys are getting jobs in some cases based around who they’re banging. Also, units follow your lead and make everyone produce many many customized products. Waste of time. Let people opt out. 4) you all must be part owners of the GRE. There is no reason for all ccc students to take it. It’s a wild waste of taxpayer dollars.
