It’s like a photojournalist support group

I enjoy Dave and company’s banter. I’ll piggyback and caveat off how he described it: this is certainly a photojournalist support group with education and entertainment thrown in. I look forward to future episodes.

Miles From Now ,

Conversational but rambling

Often interesting and personal take on media, photography and journalism. They are and have real photographers and journalists as guests. At times though the hosts are a little too snarky and sarcastically resigned to their seeming doomed status as professional photographers. I do appreciate where they're coming from though and that they talk with and focus on the dilemmas of professional photographers, politics and chaotic media scene.

Great podcast for all levels

As a nascent photojournalist I find this podcast to be invaluable. It focuses (pardon the pun) on real world topics relevant to photo story tellers and the variety of guests is broad. These are all working professionals so you get a realistic view rather than a detached, academic view of photojournalism. I look forward to each episode which seem to be getting better and better. Thanks to David J Murphy and his co-hosts for doing this and please keep going!
