Like music to my artistic ears

Listened to Justin Hopkins being interviewed, (sorry, I left out part of his name…) but did not leave out LOVING listening to how he thinks. As an artist it is manna from heaven to hear so openly and personally, and so concisely about his process, feelings, impetus to create. I’m a fan and will be listening to Marshall and Dina more.

Colin Chillag ruined it

There are some good episodes but seriously with Colin Chillag? The entire episode consists of some racist dog whistle ideas he’s repeating from the alt right which isn’t questioned or pushed back in any way. Mostly it sounds like a 13 year old attempting to repeat Jordan Peterson ideas and doing it very poorly with no nuance or understanding. So, sure this guy is really off but the hosts do an awful job trying to get it back to art or pushing back on the incredibly racist alt right ideas. Have a little bit of a spine please.

Let the guest artists speak uninterrupted!

I tried to listen to a few of these. They have wonderful guests, and the casual vibe is nice. But listeners are tuning in to hear the guest artists — not the podcasters. There is too much interruption after a question has been asked. It's disrepectful to the guest and annoying to the listener.
