This was such a wonderful episode to record and I know you will love hearing Ashley & Meriam's stories. Ashley and Meriam met through a shared experience as they both are caretakers - and they both recognized the importance of practicing self-love and self-care - especially in their roles caring for their spouses and other family members. In this episode these incredible women shared their stories and experiences with caregiving and the moments in which they realized they needed to find a new way of being that was more self-loving. They also shared some great tips of how they incorporate self-care in their lives and how you can do the same.
