Customer Reviews
Not only for cyclists!
I listen to the TR podcast while I’m in the car taking road trips, much, much better than bland music for the masses. My wife is a marathon runner and also benefits from hearing about nutrition, training intensity and rest and recovery.
Should not be free
Listener for years now and this is hands down the best collection of cycling performance information out there. It should not be free haha. I am also a subscriber of TR and have increased my FTP by 50% over the past couple years on largely low volume plans and with an inconsistent schedule. It’s the real deal.
Thanks to the TR team.
Really great cycling talk
Not a subscriber (yet), but I love the podcast. I appreciate the longer format. We can always catch up later if it’s too long.
