Unbelievable Program!

I started riding bikes in the Spring of 2020.
Early January I signed up for the lottery to race the 200 in Unbound.

Jan 18, 2023 // I joined trainerroad with no clue as to what my FTP was. Ramp test said 310 - I was ecstatic to say the least.
Jan 25 // I got the email saying I’m in for Unbound.
Followed the training plan the program recommended for 2 weeks
Feb 1 // exactly 2 weeks later (today) my FTP ramp test said 327.

Insane! I’ve been listening to the podcast for 6 months and I have no idea why I waited to join TrainerRoad, but I’m glad I’m in it now!

So thankful for the expertise- not just training but rest, nutrition, strength training, in race strategy and mental conditioning. It’s hard to fathom a subject i have not heard them cover- deep dives or hot takes. Well done team. Really great product.
