Great listen for anyone who wants to get faster.
I listen to this podcast every week either in the car or on the trainer. It is an easy listen since they all speak clearly and concisely. It’s not just for racers, but for anyone with questions about their bodies and in regards to cycling and athletic progression. Also, Amber is the best! I am constantly playing her answers for my teenage daughter to help her have another positive perspective on women in sports.
I like to like ride like bikes
Good God. Can you please give your guests a little bit of audio coaching? Quit saying “like” in every sentence. It is such a throw away and is terribly frustrating for me as a listener to endure.
Wow! Super helpful
I am riding after an extended absence, and this podcast has helped me get stronger, keep focus, and have fun. The lack of advertising is a big difference from other podcasts I listen to and find distracting.
