Dear JJ,

For four years now, I continue to flourish as a healthy, happy woman. I owe a great deal of that good fortune to you, your life-changing books and this marvelous podcast (that reaffirms my commitment to this healthy lifestyle)! Four years ago, I picked up "The Sugar Impact Diet)" and lost 30 pounds. I have maintained the weight loss for four years and counting. Previously, I could never accomplish anything remotely close to that.
