At Home with Linda & Drew Scott

I just listened to Drew & Linda’s podcast where they talk about what they want to learn for the year. It was so interesting & has spurred me on to being intentional & actually writing out the things I want to learn. Three things seems too ambitious for me as I have health issues, but two things to focus on learning feels very attainable! I liked how Drew referenced the “75/25” rule for learning, ex: 75% of the time I will purpose to do the thing, but will give myself the grace of 25% leeway for things, unexpected or otherwise, that keep me from accomplishing my goal. That is so freeing to someone like myself with a bent towards perfectionism & discouragement when I can’t or don’t attain my goals! You two keep it real, interesting, informative, & practical! Definitely will be listening to more of your podcasts.

I love all things Scott. It’s interesting to hear they’re just like everyone else. Ups and down. I agree we all need someone to talk to. It is best to find the “correct” therapist for you.
