Great for work and home life

I look forward to each episode of At the Table as it puts the listener up close and personal on issues leaders face at work and in life. As I’m listening I regularly forward an episode to a teammate or to my wife. I just listened to “What is your rallying cry” and shared it with a manager, a team and my wife. The resources and downloads available to the listener make this a complete package. I do think it is important to listen to several episodes before deciding if the is podcast is worth the subscription. I also like the conversational tone that Patrick and Cody take during the time they teach. Keep it coming!

I listen to a variety of leadershp podcasts and this has become a favorite, not miss one as it is consistently full of wisdom and practical advice. I also appreciate how vulnerable and humble Patrick Lencioni and his team are.
