Practical wisdom
I teach a graduate class in servant leadership. I use much of the content from The Table Group in my course because so much of what is talked about on this podcast fits the churches and organizations where our students work.
Jan 4 unpaid ads
I think the 2 unpaid ads are more similar than Pat suggested-because we need some external perspective to see the parts of ourselves that are hidden from us. The app-based ear wax removal system is a tangible example of the role of a counselor/spiritual advisor. Please understand I mean no offense intended to all the counselors out there! Love your show so much.
Courage to address real-world leadership challenges
Pat and The Table Group team consistently address the real-world challenges to create healthy organizations. With a unique combination of reality, vulnerability, and humor the podcast brings a refreshing perspective of how to bring humanity into the workplace. The episode on healing leaders wounds is a much needed topic that few leaders address. Thank you for your willingness to acknowledge how healing wounds is fundamentally connected to creating healthy organizations.
