A rare teacher & a natural healer

Khushi's way of sharing her wisdom whether through this novel podcast or through her Yoga classes/workshops is superb and holds a unique soothing quality for crazy minds in the 21st century. She does so in an eloquent, sharp, authentic, funny, kind, and inspirational manner.
I used to encounter difficulties or have resistance towards Yoga practice, but somehow Khushi made it all dissolve. Thank you for this wonderful service of yours, from moment to moment.

Sharing ancient wisdom from the heart

Khushi shares the wisdom of ancient sacred texts in a way that brings the words to life, to this moment. Her delivery is thoughtful, genuine and from the heart. The podcast is an easy listen while still offering the challenge of integrating the teachings into our lives. Looking forward to the next episode!

The space between

I love this podcast and how approachable and understanding Khushi is in sharing and shedding light on the philosophy of yoga. Her reflections always deepen my practice. This episode, The Bardo, was especially interesting especially at this time. Slowing down, feeling/seeing the moments in-between action, movement and breath. I am looking forward to my next savasana to practice these insights. Thank you, Khushi, for all you do for us!
